Shawn also writes full time. Song of the Fell Hammer, Book One of the Battle's Perilous Edge trilogy, begins an epic fantasy in the tradition of Stephen R. Donaldson's The Chronicles of Thomas Covenant and Philip Pullman's His Dark Materials. It is currently being shopped in New York City.
